Spur Gears
Precision straight-tooth spur gears cut to AGMA 11 in diameters up to 160 inches — the workhorse of heavy power transmission.

Spur gears are the foundation of industrial power transmission, and few shops can cut them at our scale or accuracy. Our 5-axis milling and dedicated gear-cutting equipment produce external and internal spur gears in diameters up to 160 inches, held to AGMA 11 quality without the need for grinding on our Höfler 2400.
Key features
- External and internal spur gears up to 160" diameter
- AGMA 11 accuracy cut on our Höfler 2400 — no grinding required
- Cut from your material or ours, fully heat treated in house
- Coarse and fine pitch, single or batch quantities
- Reverse-engineered from a sample when no print exists

Helical & Double Helical
Single, double helical, and herringbone gears for smooth, quiet, high-load meshing in demanding drivetrains.

Bevel Gears
Spiral, straight, and skew bevel gears for reliable right-angle and intersecting-shaft power transmission.

Worm Gears
Worm and worm-wheel sets for high reduction ratios, compact drives, and self-locking motion control.
